| Sharing Case Activity Log Entries - Monday, March 31, 2008 - Tuesday, December 02, 2008 Case Activity Log entries in SHIELD are secured to only by visible by the agency who creates them. But did you know that these entries CAN be shared with others? There is a second tab in the Case Activity Log window called Agency/Staff Involved. It is on this screen that you can add other assisting agencies on a large case so that this information can be shared to those that need to see the case management activities the most. |

| CAD Interface Enhancement Go-Live - Monday, July 28, 2008 - Tuesday, December 02, 2008
Just a reminder that at 1600 hours today the CAD interface to SHIELD will be shut off for the upgrade, with the primary issue of accurate primary agency assignment.
We anticipate a 1-2 hr downtime of the interface, where calls will not be transferred from CAD to SHIELD.
After this time, at approx 1800 hrs, the interface will be turned back on. Cases will be processed one at a time. Please feel free to look at the cases as they come into SHIELD during this testing phase.
After a few hours of testing these calls, the interface will be fully functional, and will process calls upon their completion in CAD every 3-5 minutes.
If you have any questions on any data you see in SHIELD once this new interface is in effect, please don't hesitate to contact Angie VanDeHey (218) 780-7015 or Wendy Hallfrisch (218) 348-4940. |
